Take over and prove the core
Review the current repository, retain useful prototype work, and prove two configured routes, aircraft animation, globe controls and persistent mode state in the first milestone.

CinePath + SkyTrivia + SkyTalk
CinePath, SkyTrivia and SkyTalk delivered as connected modes of the same route experience.
Scope source: supplied prototype brief, sections 3, 18, 20 and 21.
/01 · Executive summary
The existing AI-coded experience establishes the concept. Webisoft will take over the codebase, confirm the architecture, and carry the prototype into an extensible implementation.
Every option includes the round 3D globe, six configurable routes, simulated aircraft progress, shared map controls, responsive presentation layouts and private delivery.
Spafax can launch CinePath alone, add route-aware SkyTrivia, or complete the concept with destination language learning under SkyTalk.
Three selectable options, each scoped to the six demonstration routes.

/02 · Product requirements
CinePath, SkyTrivia and SkyTalk use the same route state, aircraft simulation, globe controls, destination context and primary navigation. Closing a card keeps the passenger in the active mode and returns control to the map.
Source: supplied Spafax Prototype Development Brief, sections 3 to 7, 15, 18 and 21.
/03 · Technical approach
Review the current repository, retain useful prototype work, and prove two configured routes, aircraft animation, globe controls and persistent mode state in the first milestone.
Use React and TypeScript with one CesiumJS globe component, shared application state and a configuration layer for routes, stories, trivia and phrases.
Test the agreed demonstration hardware and browsers, deploy privately, document dependencies and route editing, then transfer the source repository to Spafax.

/04 · Scope and acceptance
| Workstream | Deliverable | Accepted when |
|---|---|---|
| Platform | Shared globe, route engine, aircraft simulation, navigation, saved state and analytics foundation | All selected modes use one route journey without unintended resets |
| CinePath | 60 to 100 curated filming locations across six routes, with 4 to 6 hero moments per applicable route | Story cards, Explore, Saved and simulated Watch Now operate end to end |
| SkyTrivia | Route checkpoints, fact cards, quizzes, progress, Where Are We and reward state | The selected challenge flow completes and returns the passenger to the map |
| SkyTalk | Mandarin, French and Spanish destination phrase sets with pronunciation audio and practice | Each in-scope language completes its phrase, audio and practice flow |
| Handover | Private URL, source repository, content schema, deployment guide and dependency list | Spafax receives the source and can edit documented configuration fields |
Source: supplied brief, sections 3, 8, 10, 12, 18 and 21. SkyTalk corresponds to the SkySpeak requirements named in the brief.
/05 · Delivery
Review the AI-coded prototype, load MIA to JFK and JFK to PEK from configuration, prove the shared globe, aircraft movement and mode persistence.
Complete the route engine, globe controls, responsive layouts, CinePath workflows and the six-route content configuration.
Add SkyTrivia and, for the complete option, SkyTalk phrase, audio and practice flows. Demonstrate working increments throughout the build.
Complete cross-route testing, dependency disclosure, private deployment, documentation and source transfer.
Source: milestone sequencing begins with the technical spike requested in brief section 20. Calendar timing will be confirmed in the statement of work.
/06 · Investment
Each option includes the platform takeover, shared 3D globe, configurable route engine, simulated aircraft journey, private deployment, source handover and technical documentation.
